This is a facial wrap purchased from the clinic one year ago when I had submental fat removal. I used it for about 5 days after the procedure, only while sleeping. Hand-washed. There is some fraying of the fibers due to the strong Velcro catching on the rubber part. Please purchase only if you understand and accept the condition of the item.
