I don't see any major damage, and I personally think the condition is good. There is some color peeling on the Hello Kitty ribbon (see image 9). My family member owned and stored this item. The size is about 23.5cm, but there is no size marking, so I'm not sure if it's accurate... I usually wear 24cm shoes, but these fit perfectly. I've included a measurement image in image 10.
