This is a Vandoren B♭ clarinet mouthpiece, model B40 Profile. I purchased it around November 2025. I (a music college graduate) selected it from about 20 mouthpieces at a musical instrument store in Tokyo. I chose one with good breath support. I rarely played it and decided to use other mouthpieces I was considering, so it has almost no scratches. The retail price is 19,580 yen.
