This is a model of a high-speed test vehicle distributed in 1988 to commemorate JR Tokai. It's the Liner Express MLU 00X1, and the size is about N gauge. It's quite old, so there is some sun damage, wear, scratches, and deterioration of the acrylic case. There are two cracks visible in the acrylic.
