As this item was acquired, I'm unsure of its exact functionality, but when I put batteries in and turn the handle, the balls are launched and continue to move. The bottom "end of play" notification also rotates properly. The battery cover is missing, but the item you see is all that is included, without a box. The balls move with batteries, so how about using it as interior decoration or for your collection? I will package it with waterproof and cushioning materials and ship it via Yu-Pack (Japanese postal service) (^^)
