Thank you for viewing! This is a cute polka-dot dress from Strawberry Fields. The ribbon is removable. There are no loops or attachments to hold the ribbon in place. It can be worn very comfortably without the ribbon, and I was able to wear it even during pregnancy. Dress length is approximately 83cm (please allow for some minor errors). It has a lining and is not see-through. It's cute worn as is, and also very cute as a tunic.
