AKAI Professional MIDI pad MPD218, functionality unconfirmed. I received this from an acquaintance, but I don't know how to use it at all and haven't used it. The lights came on when connected with a USB cable, but I haven't checked anything else. Please consider this a junk item, assuming it needs repair. There are signs of use, some minor scratches, and dirt. The only included accessory is the cable shown in the image.
