I kept this in the trunk of my car in a bag, just in case I had trouble in the rain. It has some scratches and dirt, and I didn't use it outdoors. It protects against rain and snow. There's a hole at the back of the neck, but it doesn't go all the way through. However, I didn't want rain to seep in, so I've applied waterproof clear tape. The yellow stains you see in the photos of the jacket's front and back are due to light reflection. The color is a beautiful light blue. I wore it once in the rain for about an hour as a test, and it was fine then. However, since it's been a while, I can't guarantee its performance. There is also some dirt on the back. The dirt won't transfer to other items. It's on the back, so it's not very noticeable. If you're okay with this, please consider purchasing. I've priced it affordably, so please refrain from price negotiations. I will fold it further from the state shown in the 13th photo, so there will be some folding wrinkles. Please understand.
