This item was passed down from a relative. I found it very difficult to use baby carriers, but this one was simple and easy to use. There is some staining on the shoulder straps, so I recommend using a drool cover. The elastic band used to gather the extra straps is loose. There are no instructions. I will do my best to ship it to you as soon as possible, but it often ships on weekends and holidays.
