This is a mesh fabric. I purchased it at a craft store several years ago and have been storing it at home. It's leftover fabric from a handmade project. The color is off-white. I disposed of the paper that indicated the material, so this is my assessment, but it seems to be a cotton-linen blend. I have many other fabrics and textiles for sale.
