This is the One Control Agamidae Tail Loop switcher. I used it at a live performance the other day, so I believe it's working fine, but please understand that there may be some wear and tear due to use and aging. *Please note that the clear cover for the display is missing (Image 8). The only included accessory is the manual. Thank you.
