This is a Bakhtiari Persian rug. It has been hung for display purposes only, and has never been used on the floor for everyday use since its purchase. Era: I believe it is from the 1970s to 1980s. It is a rug with a solid, heavy feel due to the wool. It features red and navy, with accents of blue, yellow, green, gray, ivory, and vermilion. It also has large borders, and is an easy-to-handle size, not too big and not too small. I am listing it because I have too many rugs. It is one of my favorites, so I may withdraw the listing if I change my mind. It is available for sale while listed.
