This is a very beautiful, romantic pink skirt. While sewing it, I thought, "This is such a dreamy color, like the cover of the manga 'Ribbon' that I used to read!" It's a very elegant pink. Plum blossoms are drawn in white, but it doesn't feel overly Japanese; it has a certain華やかさ (gaiety/splendor). I think it would be lovely to wear it during plum blossom or cherry blossom viewing.
