I've had this installed for over 10 years, but it hasn't been used much. Since it was installed in a study with little foot traffic, it's in pretty good condition. Both the light and fan were working normally when I removed them. Since it was used in a study, there's no sticky dirt like oil. There is some dulling of the plating, but there's almost no rust or paint peeling visible. The remote control has yellowed, but there are no cracks, and it works normally. The ceiling mount and wood screws are included as shown in the photos. There are two wood screws that were removed. I'll include the light bulbs and remote control batteries as they are, but please consider them as extras.
