The flute body has the "Sound" logo written on it. The year of purchase is unknown, and it doesn't seem to have been used much. The case is a little difficult to open, but it's unclear whether this is due to deterioration or if it was originally difficult to open. I wiped the surface of the case and the flute body. I haven't done any thorough cleaning. I will pack it with the utmost care to prevent impact and water damage.
