This is a completely handmade item using nubuck leather. It's sized perfectly to hold the main body, which includes the cartridge and mouthpiece. The main body is easier to remove if inserted upside down. Please be aware that, being handmade, there may be some imperfections. The main body and cartridge shown in the image are not included.
