Made in 1988. The memo size is 13.6 x 7.7 cm (longest parts, please allow for some error). There are 3 types of designs (images 2-4), 14 sheets of each design, for a total of 42 sheets. The fifth image is the back. There is a fold on the cover. There appears to be no other significant damage, but as it is an old item, there may be damage that is not visible from the outside.
