This is a gray Ergobaby nursing pillow. I purchased it new in 2022, and then received it unused. I used it once in 2025. After that, I only tried it out and haven't used it since, storing it at home. The cover has been washed. The original owner had a pet cat. I don't see any noticeable scratches or stains, and I don't think it feels used, but it is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Since it's not something that breaks easily, I plan to ship it wrapped in a plastic bag.
