I bought this in LA. It's a super cute skirt with a flared, voluminous shape from the waist down. I bought it immediately because I thought it was a design you don't often see in Japan. I've worn it twice. The waist is a little big on me, so I'm selling it. The construction is a bit rough, and the hook on the fourth image is about to come off, but the zipper goes all the way up, so I don't think it's a problem.
