I received this as a gift, but my child has outgrown trains and won't wear it, so I'm putting it up for sale. The clothing size is 120. I haven't opened the package, so I can't give a detailed explanation, but the long-sleeved shirt seems to be a thin T-shirt. The long pants also don't seem to be fleece-lined. I will pack and ship it in a backpack.
