This listing is for the mounting parts and hardware only. The counter is listed separately. These parts were left installed in my bathroom for about six months, so they have water stain汚れ. Please clean them yourself if you are concerned. Also, caulking agent is attached to the metal fittings. The screws also have rust and caulking agent, so please find new screws at a home center if you are concerned. Everything in the images is included.
