This is a custom-made flared skirt created from four different types of silk Indian sarees. It was ordered in New Zealand as a costume for a belly dance show and worn a few times in performances. Petticoats and pumpkin-style pants were worn under this skirt, so it did not directly touch the skin. It's a one-of-a-kind design, and the shine of the Indian silk and the flare of the skirt are very beautiful. The waist is adjustable with elastic and a drawstring, making it easy to adjust the length to fit your height, the costume underneath, and your style. Measurements are approximate; the length is 91cm. It will be compressed for storage and shipping. Four silk sarees, each costing around $100, were used.
