I purchased this item used, in good condition, and used it for my child from 5 months old to about 1.5 years old. I used it approximately 4-5 times a month, mainly for doctor's visits. I used a dedicated cover for the neck area. There is some fading and creasing of the fabric, but I haven't found any fraying or tears, so I think it's still usable. (I think this is also because my child was quite small.) However, there is a fair amount of wear and tear, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this. The instruction manual (quite creased) and the packaging bag are included. It has been home-cleaned with baby detergent. If you would like to see photos of specific details, please let me know.
