This is a long-sleeved polo shirt from the GITA series of the mail-order site Belle Maison. I bought it, but my child outgrew it without ever wearing it. It was unopened, but I opened it to check the product and take photos for this listing. I will put it back in a new plastic bag before sending it. Pique material. There is a name tag space. (See photo 4, not filled in) The left chest pocket has a pinhole for name tags, which reduces damage to the fabric from the name tag pin.
