This is a ノーカラージャケット (collarless jacket) from Kumikyoku. The color is navy blue. I purchased it a few years ago at Daimaru Umeda. It contains cotton material, so I think it will be comfortable to wear. It has fabric buttons and a cute marine-style design. I think it can be worn in slightly formal settings. There is a slit in the cuffs, so you can fold them over. It has stretch and I think it feels good to wear.
