These are SSK umpire shoes. The size is 26cm. My feet are also 26cm, but they are a bit large. However, there were no problems with movement. I wipe them with a cleaner every time I use them, and I have applied shoe polish several times. The wear on the soles is minimal, and they are in very clean condition.
