The ratings and sizes listed are for the dress. As for the dress in the last photo, there are small stains and some fuzz as shown in the pictures. However, it's still in a condition where it can be worn a few more times, and I think it's fine for those who aren't too particular. But, I also think there might be some who are, so I've rated it accordingly. It's for a child, and getting things dirty is inevitable, so I think the price is reasonable, considering it's only for events, not everyday wear. This is an "Frozen" themed children's outfit. The dress is size 100, and the T-shirt is size 110. The T-shirt has pen marks on it where the child drew on the character's face, so please be aware of that. Other than that, it's clean. I received this as a gift, but it doesn't suit my child's style, so I'm selling it.
