Original Universals. The markings have faded, but I believe it was made in West Germany. The uppers are quite clean, but there is hardening of the soles, some peeling of the adhesive, and damage to the heel of the insole. The outsole is 31.5 cm, so I think it's equivalent to a 29 to 30 cm size. Anyway, it's cool.
