These are aluminum lotus umbrella lanterns (tōrō) with yōraku (hanging ornaments) made of brass, and rin-tō (ring lanterns). They were attached to an 18-go Buddhist altar of the Nishi Honganji Ōtani-ha sect and are a large size. Both are a pair, with two on each side. The lanterns come with wiring that includes a power adapter and switch. The rin-tō have some dullness, but I believe they will become clean if polished. Overall, there are no particular scratches or stains, and they are clean.
