This is a navy sailor-collared dress. The oversized silhouette is really cute. It's comfortable to wear, so it seemed like my child was at ease wearing it. It has a navy color and a collar, so it also has a sense of formality. My child wore it for short outings. It's a shame that my child has outgrown it. I really hope someone will wear it a lot!
