This brand is named after the initials of Shoichi Yamamoto, who was active about 40 years ago, and the person who was making them with him at the time. This is an extremely rare mouthpiece that is no longer available. This product is not plated. It's unclear, but it looks like it's not lacquered (sorry if I'm wrong). The specifications are unknown. There is a "C" stamp on the opposite side of the Y&I stamp.
