It's not tight, just right. So, I think it's best suited for slender people around 155-165cm tall. The waist is designed to be concave, so it's recommended for those who don't like the bulky silhouette that down jackets often have. It looks orange in the photos, but it's more of a subdued red color. It's very warm. There's some blackening in various places, but overall the condition isn't bad, I think.
