This is a Peltier element cooling fan purchased from AliExpress. It's rated at 12V, 12A, and 144W. I tried to use it as a mini air conditioner, but it didn't have enough power. I think it could be used for a cooler box or a pet case, etc., instead of an air conditioner. The wires are soldered to a cigarette lighter socket for connection, but I can remove it and send it without it if you don't need it. I'm open to price negotiations. Thank you.
