Thank you for viewing! This is an old shamisen purchased for cosplay photography. The skin is customized with tears. The tenjin (headstock) was chipped, so it's covered with double-sided tape. The torn skin has double-sided removable cardboard attached, and then a remake sheet is applied on top. The surface looks slightly warped upon close inspection, but it's not noticeable at a glance. The bachi (plectrum) is not included; this is the shamisen body only.
