This is a UNIQLO Merino Knit Polo Shirt (long sleeve). The size is S, and the color is black. I purchased it at the Shinjuku flagship store last year when it was released as a store-exclusive item. Although the tag has been removed, it has only been tried on at home, so it is listed as "Like New." It is currently sold on the UNIQLO website.
