This is a fishing rod from Nitto Fishing Tackle, an original Fugu (pufferfish) Katou rod. It's a beautiful item, only used for a short time as a sub-rod. I don't think there are any scratches. (The white color in the photo is a reflection.) I think it's a good rod, with a unique flexible tip and a solid mid-section to the butt, but I'm selling it because I don't have a chance to use it.
