I don't know the brand, but I think I bought it for around 40,000 to 50,000 yen. The fabric is very sturdy and doesn't let wind through. I believe the fluffy parts used natural animal fur. These are removable. I bought it several years ago and used it as my ultimate cold-weather gear, but it's a little tight on my shoulders, so I'm selling it.
