Thank you for viewing. This is a SHEIN velvet dress. It has see-through puff sleeves and a slit, which are very cute. I tried it on, but the size didn't fit and it didn't suit me, so I'm selling it. It's one size, but I usually wear XS, and it was a little big. The item is new, but there may be some loose threads or wrinkles from being folded. Please be aware of this. The photos are from the HP.
