Made in 1991. This is a set of 20 pencils featuring Sanrio's character "Hello Kitty," with 2 designs, 10 of each. They are no longer in production and are likely difficult to find in stores. These are individual pencils, not a set. They were stored with other pencils in a clear case. Due to poor storage conditions, there are signs of discoloration, stains, and uneven coloring.
