This is a kilt skirt from O'Neil of Dublin. I purchased it at Bshop several years ago and have worn it 2-3 times. There are no noticeable stains, and I think it's relatively clean. There are creases on the belt part of the waist, but please understand that this is something that happens after wearing it once. As it is a used item stored by a private individual, there may be minor stains and creases. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details or are looking for a perfect item.
