Christmas wear from the British brand Mamas & Papas. It's a 12-18M size, but it might be a bit larger than Japanese sizes. It's a high-quality velvet fabric. It was only worn during the Christmas season, so it looks clean at first glance, but it's been stored for a while, and there's some yellowing on the white parts (see photos). It might come out with detergent. It's been used several times, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
