This is a wool-blend jacket coat from Banana Republic. It's from around the 90s and I liked the dark green and gray check pattern because it wasn't too cute or too stiff, it was a nice balance. Of course, it's great for this time of year, and you can wear it like a short coat even in mid-winter if you layer an inner down jacket or liner. Originally, the zipper had leather parts attached, but I removed them and threw them away because they looked a bit cluttered.
