This is a Tombow Excel pencil. It's from the EXCEL series, which isn't often seen. There is some soiling due to long-term storage. *Even items listed as new and unused may have scratches, scuffs, or stains due to long-term storage. We appreciate your understanding. For unopened items, we have not been able to confirm their functionality, so please understand this beforehand. Especially for ballpoint pens, the ink may not flow.
