There is a humming sound from the vicinity of the power transformer. According to the manufacturer, in a series regulator type DC power supply, a humming sound is generated by the current flowing through the transformer and choke coil when a load is applied, and the volume of the sound increases in proportion to the current value. Even without a load, a certain amount of charging current flows to the capacitors inside the DC power supply, so a sound is generated. This does not affect performance. I have confirmed the operation of the output voltage and output current for a short time with an electronic load device.
