It has the following pockets: a pocket at the bottom of the main body that can hold a folding umbrella, two bottle holders and three open pockets, and one zippered pocket inside, one zippered pocket on the back, one pocket on each side, one pocket with a magnet, and one zippered pocket on the outside. There are no noticeable stains, but it is a used item, so there may be oversights. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item.
