Thank you for viewing. This is a silk obi (sash). It is tailored so that the crane pattern appears on the front and the hawk pattern on the back. I believe it was tailored about 50 years ago. It was used 2-3 times for formal black kimono (tomesode) and then stored. Length: Approximately 4m Width: Approximately 30cm There appears to be no noticeable damage, but as this is a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details. The protective paper (tatou-gami) is not included. Please note that it will be folded and shipped. Thank you.
