This is an MCC VC42ED (VC-0342) PVC cutter. There are no problems with its functional operation. There are no missing parts, and it can cut normally. As it is a used item, the sharpness of the blade may have deteriorated, so if you are concerned, please prepare a replacement blade. Pipes that can be cut are (for water supply) hard vinyl chloride pipes, nominal: VP/HIVP 13-30 (outer diameter mm: ~φ42), polyethylene pipes/polybutene pipes, nominal: ~13 (outer diameter mm: ~φ42), hard vinyl conduit pipes, nominal: VE/HIVE 14-36 (outer diameter mm: ~φ42). By attaching the attachments, wire protectors and moldings can also be cut. 90° and 45° angled cuts are possible, and wire protectors 1-Special 5 and cable moldings 1-4 can be cut.
