A hand-painted Arita-yaki square plate. Features: It features a gorgeous Japanese pattern combining indigo (sometsuke) and red (akae). Uses: Can be used as a side plate at New Year's or celebratory occasions, or as a bowl for serving snacks. I believe it was purchased at a department store such as Mitsukoshi, Daimaru, or Sogo, or received as a gift for a celebration. The product is in good condition. There are no issues with use.
