This is a very lovely skirt from Chacott. I wore it twice to parties and once to a Takarazuka revue. It's also lovely to wear as everyday wear. The waist is fully elastic and about 34cm when laid flat. It was a little big on me, so I wore it with my top tucked in. The length is about 80cm. The original price was 47,300 yen. Please lightly iron the scarf part before wearing. I'm a little hesitant to sell this item.
