I used to use this, but I haven't used it in a while and it's been in storage. There is scuffing on the corners and fading on the surface, with two areas having white-ish stains. The hook part is clean. There are no problems with the zipper or snaps. I used it for a while, so there is fading and fraying of the fabric. I cleaned the inside of the bag.
